Blake, Amber and Dylan were great! Easy to work with and answered all of my crazy questions.
After an unfortunate and damaging hot water heater leak, I was in need of a clean up crew. Servpro of Longview sent out technicians AD, BE, DE, & AS. These 4 individuals were very hardworking & professional, always calling me “Mrs. Ashley” and happy to work around my schedule. I hope I don’t need them back but if another accident occurs I’ll definitely be calling ServPro of Longview.
Jason and Ty I must say have been the absolute best. I had a pipe burst in my home due to the weather. When I called SERVPRO I spoke with Anna and she was just as amazing. They have taking care of me every step of the way. I pray to God I would never have to use them again but if I do I would surely request these gentlemen from SERVPRO.
