My building hired Servpro to clean up damage related to the flood. They had to redo all my floors so Servpro was in charge of packing my stuff up and what a terrible, awful job. None of my boxes were labeled or mislabeled, things like my neon sign (which was $100+) was damaged, my tapestry on my wall is falling down because they taped it up and knocked out one of the pins, and my rug was not put underneath my couch even though I had asked them to do so because my couch is too heavy for me to do on my own.
