Not open 24 hours a day. Cannot provide an estimate in 24 hours. They employ an answering service. Servpro in hauppage are actually available 24 hours a day and the owner actually calls you personally. Wouldn't use this company if my life depended on it. The good reviews are probably from their insurance companies in their pockets.

We had an unplanned repair in our kitchen. We have never worked with Servpro before but I am glad I reached out to them. They were on time, professional and resolved the issue in the agreed timeframe. Karen, Dena, Joe, Michal, Sergio…just to name a few team members I interacted with the whole time. They were very easy to work with and made the entire process extremely easy for the entire time! Thank you so much you to the entire team at Servpro of Oceanside/Long Beach.

This was the best deep clean experience I have ever had — from Mike’s estimate and attention to every detail of a really tough clean to Jose’s remarkable team who are so skilled and professional. They accomplished a miracle. Extremely fair pricing and excellent communication from the home office. You can’t ask for you.
