Mike Dreiling (and team) did a fabulous job mitigating the water and mold that formed between the floor and slab foundation (we had a pipe burst in a wall that saturated three bedrooms and a hallway with brand new hardwood floors). Ben Dove was also very quick to assess the damage and nailed the effort estimate. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, it will be the only call I make!
Servpro techs were NOT professional NOT proficient, and did NOT do very good work. Very cheap materials, tub very flimsy. No chaulking around tub, sink not installed properly, constantly not draining. Workers didn't speak English, poor coordination, took way too long to complete Job. Do not use.

The Servopro team were prompt, communicative, friendly, and attentive to my situation. They worked seamlessly with my insurance agency and completed the work in a timely manner. Excellent job all round.
