What a great experience. Warren and Greg were very knowledgeable and experienced. They even went above and beyond to help carry bags of heavy wet towels to my neighbors and move heavy stuff around in the basement. They were also kind and personable which is always appreciated. I certainly recommend them when things go wrong in your basement!
Crew Chief Greg and Warren - did an excellent job - scraping rough spots on concrete and painting the wall very well. SERVPRO of Licking County has been wonderful to deal with. Our hot water line broke and caused a good amount of flooding on our main level and basement. Greg and his crew showed up pretty quick to start the drying process. Greg was very professional. Answered any questions I had. Didn't destroy my home in the process. Very nice and polite. I am trying to talk him into taking our bloodhounds that he was obsessing over but said the wife wouldn't agree 🤣 Anywho I highly recommend this company. Ask for Greg and he and his crew will be right over to do a job well done!!!
Greg and his team did a wonderful job with the work they performed on my house! Their work spanned 3 floors and they took extra precautions knowing I have a newborn at home!
