My wife and I just completed a 4 month restoration project in our home due to water damage. We had a past due bill that frankly I had forgotten about. Instead of calling to ask for payment I get a letter in the mail from Fowler Bell law firm stating that they are collecting on past due payment and will proceed with a lawsuit if payment isn’t made within 30 days. I have an idea for ServPro… pick up the phone, CALL ME and ask for payment (which I would have made on spot) instead of incurring legal fees for all parties. I’ll never use your services again.
They gave us a quote for the work. We agreed and paid. Then they tacked on an extra $750+ to the original quote and did not explain very well why they did that. Then they said the original quote was an “estimate”. Either they estimated HORRIBLY or completely screwed us over. It just doesn’t make sense because the first set of guys that came here to set up and didn’t quote us until everything was set up, so how did we get charged so much more? Ridiculous. I don’t recommend this service to anyone. Extremely overpriced.
I just got off the phone with Alicia to schedule an estimate and she was absolutely precious. Especially during a time when I am so stressed out about possible water damage to my home. If she is a reflection of this company, they sound amazing!!!!
Very impressed with the urgency in which Servpro came out to assist us in the mitigation of a hot water heater leak.
