Mr. Bill and his son Will were top notch when it came to fighting our mold due to water damage! They communicated with us wonderfully and got started as soon as possible. Everything went smoothly and I 100% recommend Servpro, they are amazing!
No interest at all in taking care of customers who got them to where they are. Servpro does not want personal home carpet or upholstery jobs. They want only big commercial insurance claims.
Worst I’ve ever seen. Showed up at my home for water remediation following a tornado. No generator’s or flashlights. Allowed them to use my generator, fuel, and lights the first 2 days. On the 3rd day I informed them that I would be using MY GENERATOR to run my camper since the batteries were depleted after 2 days. They didn’t even bother to show up since there was no electricity available. What kind of stupid does it take to not carry a generator to a tornado ravaged community.
