No interest at all in taking care of customers who got them to where they are. Servpro does not want personal home carpet or upholstery jobs. They want only big commercial insurance claims.
Worst I’ve ever seen. Showed up at my home for water remediation following a tornado. No generator’s or flashlights. Allowed them to use my generator, fuel, and lights the first 2 days. On the 3rd day I informed them that I would be using MY GENERATOR to run my camper since the batteries were depleted after 2 days. They didn’t even bother to show up since there was no electricity available. What kind of stupid does it take to not carry a generator to a tornado ravaged community. This company and their workers are amazing they're like guardian angels I highly recommend them.
I could not be more pleased with my experience. The staff is professional, thorough, and efficient. They were prompt and communicated well. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before they left. Their price was more than fair, and I believe it to be a bargain considering their equipment and efficiency. I look forward to using Serv-Pro of Laurel again.
