We had the misfortune of being affected by a fire at a neighboring property and incurred quite a bit of smoke and water damage. However, we could not have had a better experience with Servepro. They came immediately and got to work eliminating the smoke and water damage. Happy to report, there's no trace of smoke and we are well on our way to getting the rest of the repairs done. I was asked if I would be home all day today, Saturday, so the weekend crew could come remove the blowers/dryers that are driving us crazy. I called your preferred number and talked to a young lady that said she would relay my message of frustration for not hearing from anyone by 2pm. NO RESPONCE!!! My carpet got cut out even though the first ServPro Rep said they would leave the carpet, dry it and we could have it cleaned.
