I have three kids and was going to be late for my appointment. I called the office and spoke with Nathan and told him I would be late and without hesitation he told me it was ok and they would fit me in. I spoke with Nathan in the office again when I arrived and then dealt with Patricia and Sara downstairs. Everyone was very respectful, nice and knowledgeable even with my three crazy kids running around. Servpro and their team saved the day!

Servpro went above and beyond to help us manage water damage in a storage unit. Nathan was friendly and worked hard (managed the situation through a FaceTime phone call) to ensure we were satisfied with the process and their work. I received a notice that my unit might have water damage and was out of town. Nathan FaceTimed me, as requested by me, and went through all my items and then sent photos of so I could file a claim. He was very nice and took his time with my belongings. I’m glad Nathan and servpro were there to handle this situation. I would trust them in any situation.

I walked into the office of Extra Space not knowing too much of what was going on. Nathan was in the office when I got there and I am glad he was there. He explained the process with a calm demeanor and knowledge and walked me to my unit. I had a significant amount of damage and did not have a way to take my wet stuff with me. He allowed me to reschedule and helped me through the entire process. Without him this would have been a mess and a lot more work for me.
