A ServPro rep came out the day I called to check on my situation. There is no magic wand when it comes to fixing water damage in your house but Caden, Jordan and Stanley is your next best choice. ServPro is the business I'm glad to have called. They have the equipment to deal with disasters.
We had a pipe burst in early February that caused water damage over three stories of our home. Jordan and Servpro showed up only a few hours after we contacted them. Very professional with cleanup and great with documentation for the insurance company. Thank you!
SERVPRO of Lake of the Ozarks did an amazing job at our office after an upstairs water heater burst over a weekend and did significant water damage to three floors. Jordan and his team were called very early in the morning and showed up quickly and started right in extracting and removing debris and set up fans. Each day they did an assessment of moisture in walls and flooring until the office was completely dry with minimal overall damage due to their quick actions and persistence. Johnny & Gus, cleaned all my ducts and vents throughout my house. They did an excellent job. Air quality improved & very little dust. Nothing was out of place & my house was still clean. Amazing work!
