SERVPRO of Lake of the Ozarks did an amazing job at our office after an upstairs water heater burst over a weekend and did significant water damage to three floors. Jordan and his team were called very early in the morning and showed up quickly and started right in extracting and removing debris and set up fans. Each day they did an assessment of moisture in walls and flooring until the office was completely dry with minimal overall damage due to their quick actions and persistence. Johnny & Gus, cleaned all my ducts and vents throughout my house. They did an excellent job. Air quality improved & very little dust. Nothing was out of place & my house was still clean. Amazing work!
An absolutely great experience with ServPro. They are very professional and easy to work with. They got it done “Like it never even happened”!
My place was taking on water damage. Servpro came in and made a horrible situation a lot better. Their crew and supervisor (Rob Sepulveda) reacted immediately and were awesome. I hope to never need them again, but if a similar situation happens again, I'll know who to call.
