Jordon Jackson, was our only contact with Serve Pro of the Ozarks. He was great in person, but once he was out of sight he forgot about us. We had to deal with the insurance company too, so I needed him to do his job, so we could replace our floor. We waited and waited for them to come remove the dehumidifier. Jordan and his team were lifesavers. They responded quickly and were extremely professional, explaining my mitigation every step of the way. Jordan went above and beyond during a very stressful experience. I highly recommend ServPro if you find yourself needing mitigation. I am unsure the cost of the service as my insurance is paying after my deductible, but peace of mind was worth every penny.
A ServPro rep came out the day I called to check on my situation. There is no magic wand when it comes to fixing water damage in your house but Caden, Jordan and Stanley is your next best choice. ServPro is the business I'm glad to have called. They have the equipment to deal with disasters.
