I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy. Recommended by my insurance company to conduct mold remediation due to a leaking roof. Technicians came to my home and sealed the contaminated area and installed a humidifier. After 3 days they installed a fan to help with the odor. The equipment was left in my property for a 11 days, due to insurance adjuster schedule and no fault of Serv Pro, and monitored for 6 of the 11 days. I was very happy with the service from Serve Pro. I had water leaks that caused damage to my floor, pantry walls, bathroom walls and sons bedroom walls and floors. Serve Pro came right away the day I called and set up machines to dry up the wet and clean up the air.
