Servpro came as a referral from my sister in law and I’m happy I went with their services. They greatly took care of me in an emergency. Thankfully I was able to get most of the water out before they arrived- but they did an exceptional job at pointing out where water was in my walls and showed me using their water meter. They recommended the best course of action ( dehumidifier ran through my interior walls to prevent mold) at a very reasonable price! Jim from Servpro has been excellent since day one. He took the time to explain everything and check on the project the whole time! He made sure everything was completed the way it should be and he went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the restoration process and results.
