I absolutely would never do business with these people. They called me posing as the City of Lake Forest and then they said that my property manager had reached out to them just to get in my door. They quoted me insane prices ($10-15,000 just for water extraction work in 800 square feet of tile and carpet). I ended up getting someone to handle it for $1600 and borrowed some fans. The restoration crew of Servpro Lake Forest was the highlight of our plumbing incident experience. Babak, Sam, and other team members were professional, efficient, considerate, and very helpful. They did all the work quickly, but diligently to finish before Thanksgiving. What can I say about Sabrina and Ricky? They are really great at their jobs and they run a fantastic team of people.
