Had the experience of working with Edwin Lopez with Servpro referred to me by my Mercury Insurance adjuster for water damage possible mold. Excellent customer service, always called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Very neat and clean when removing walls and the ceiling of my bathroom. He explained every step of the way what I could expect. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience with SERVPRO I had a great experience working with SERVPRO. Art, Edwin, and Ulices were professional, knowledgeable, and very organized. Their team did a clean and thorough job addressing all affected areas, opening cabinets where needed, and making sure everything was properly dried and handled with care. My first time working with ServPro and so far the experience has been quite favorable. Project Manager for this phase of work, Art Benevidez, has been professional, courteous and patient with all my questions and concerns. His mitigation team led by Edwin was thorough and professional as well. Damian at the office has also been very helpful and courteous when I've had the need to contact him. I've elected to continue with ServPro for the next phase of the project based on the excellent performance of their teams.
