Art and Edwin were amazing and great to work with! One of the kitchen cabinets was wet from a leak from the upstairs neighbor, but the first company (sent by the HOA) recommended removing half the kitchen cabinets, including ones that weren't wet. We had a leak before where cabinets needed to be replaced, and redoing the kitchen would have been too much for my 87 year old grandma, who also lives in the house. Art, Edward, Edwin, Rafael & Danny did a wonderful breakdown, HEPA drying and clean up. Although extremely loud, but I know that was necessary, I am happy with the progress.
