Hunter,Josh and Noah were excellent to work with. Communicated with us daily, and were very respectful and considerate.
My refrigerator leaked on my kitchen floor during the ice storm. I contacted ServPro and they immediately responded. Chris came to my house with Hunter, Josh and Noah to get started. They had fans hooked up that day. Hunter, Josh and Noah came back everyday for a week and a half to get the readings and make sure my floor, sub floor and crawl space were dry. We had a water leak and 3 Serve Pro employees, Chris, Brandon and Aaron came to address the situation, and damage. They were very efficient, professional and curious, and knew what they were doing. Nice guys with a good work ethic!
We had two small floods happen in our basement last Saturday due to a backed up washing machine drain. Servpro was out the same day we called, and immediately had fans and dehumidifiers down. The team was led by Aaron and his partner Brandon. They came by every day and always kept me informed on what was happening and explained everything to me. Today was our last day of remediation and they wrapped everything up. Next step is repair and rebuild and I hope their construction crew is just as good.
We had a water line bust on a Saturday. We called SERVRPO of Lafayette, Jamestown and received immediate assistance. Phil and Nathan came right out, accessed the issues, and immediately took action to control and limit the damage.
