SERVPRO came in to remediate water damage from a deck leak. They were professional, presentable and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do as soon as they walked in and went to work immediately. They are a perfect example of “it’s not what you do, it’s how you do it”. I had a wonderful experience with Servpro and Martin, during an unexpected situation at my home. Martin responded promptly and brought a dehumidifier right away , even though it was a Friday afternoon, helping prevent further damage and giving us peace of mind. Martin explained the process clearly, what needs to be done, and his fast intervention helped reduce the damage and the smell from the wet drywall.
