Servpro recently came out and did remediation and restoration in my dining room following a leak from my air conditioner. They came out promptly when I had an emergency and took care of it. I am very happy with their service and they did a very nice job on the restoration. Thank you Martin and thanks to your entire crew. Highly recommend!

This company exceeded my expectations. They explained each step, answered all my questions , organized, and very professional. They arrived on time, use the proper equipment and kept me informed throughout the process and ensured everything was properly dried and restore. I highly recommend their services.

They arrived quickly and used excellent communication. My family and I were having a were having a minor emergency and Martin arrived and immediately helped us calm down. He was extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

We had a water damage issue at our home in La Jolla and called SERVPRO of La Jolla after hours. They answered right away and had a crew out quickly, which was a huge relief given the situation. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and explained what they were doing as they went. They set up drying equipment, checked moisture levels, and made sure everything was documented properly. Communication was solid from start to finish, and they worked directly with our insurance, which took a lot of stress off us.

I actually do not understand how this company has so many great reviews. They must be fake bots. They leave projects hanging mid way, don’t call back, schedule several days later, generally do not give a shit. Each person just passes the buck and goes “that’s not my department”. I talked to someone else who worked with them that had the exact same experience. We had a 1 week mold remediation project that took over 3 weeks. STAY AWAY.
