Leaving this —respectfully— as a “present vote” only to match the franchise’s average 4.9/5 stars (and avoid harming their business as this is solely MY opinion,) though I ultimately did not use their services. I was disappointed that this ServPro of Kendall County would not even inspect my property without first requiring a third-party IEP mold testing and a scope of work.
