Tyrone went above and beyond my expectations My entire unit was flooded and he thoroughly extracted my home as if it was his own he gave me his number just in case anything happens my power tripped and all the fans shut off I called him and he came to my rescue troubleshooting all the equipment flipping all the right switches to my breaker I would highly recommend Servpro just call Tyrone!!!
Peni, Flamie, Rocky, King all did an excellent job with helping our family move furniture in and out while assembling it as well.

I would give a zero if possible. I had a flood in my business. My insurance company had them come out and the worker had me sign the approval as per the insurance. They did come out but due to their lack of communication with the insurance company and my company they decided to sue me as an individual with a basis of the fact that I signed the approval. SERVPRO KAILUA is the best. They are efficient and professional. Philip and his team are professional, efficient and respectful. Philip was with us since day 1 and was a great leader. He checked in and let us know what they are doing and what to anticipate. He is a very hard worker. We definitely would use SERVPRO Kailua again. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs water damage or restoration services....and ask to work with either Phillip or Brandon! These 2 guys were the hardest working!
