In the unfortunate event of a flood or fire, SERVPRO of Jefferson County is the only name that does or should come to mind. They are incredibly responsive, and they will not finish the job at your home or business until you are 100% satisfied. Mary, Mark, Sarah, and the rest of the team are incredibly well-versed in the company and extremely attentive. They always have the customer's best interest in mind. I highly recommend their services and am proud to be their chosen provider of storage solutions for their projects!

Wow!! Just wow! We hired the SERVPRO team to come and do a move out clean (including carpet cleaning) and they did the most incredible job. We were very impressed by the quality of the work, the professionalism of the team, and the value of their service. They were worth every penny and saved us hours of work and stress. I’ll definitely be calling Mark and team for any future needs!!

They sent chain smokers to a smoke abatement job. At least two “workers “ spent more time smoking than working. One in particular was told half a dozen times that a family member was deathly allergic to cigarette smoke, but he kept smoking near this person. The “cleaning” was not done and I would NEVER recommend this company. The owner never followed up with the property owner after hearing what happened.
