Smoke damage to our house. The team came in and explained everything to us and quickly and efficiently took a truckload of items out to be cleaned. They kept us up to date and worked directly with our insurance company to streamline the process. Their service couldn’t have been better. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I called Servpro of Watertown NY after the national Servpro company cancelled our appointment and could not tell me exactly when they could reschedule! Within an hour of my call they arrived, assessed the water damage. Gave us great information. They were kind and very courteous. I highly recommend using this local company for North county emergencies.

Extremely disrespectful no one was really communicating with each other. The lady said she did not have availability for that day. In all actuality. It was the fact that They had a really big job mind you they got off at 2 PM. That’s the time they made it to my house so they did have time she wanted to make a little snide remarks as to why the house wasn’t cleaned correctly. Mind you I paid $659.
