I had a great experience with Servpro's carpet cleaning service in Jefferson County! They were able to fit me in last minute, which was a huge relief. The team was professional, affordable, and did an outstanding job on my carpets. I truly appreciate their flexibility and the quality of work they provided. Work was done on Fort Drum so they work on post!

I've had 3 floods in my house in the past 4 years and what a night-and-day difference between the other companies who handled the first 2 versus Servpro who handled this last flood. They arrived promptly and got to work right away: bringing in 6 guys (not just 2 or 3) and equipment to mitigate water damage FAST! We used Servpro for their move out cleaning service. We were so pleasantly impressed at how thorough and efficient they were. Our house looked amazing: the rugs looked brand new. Every nook and cranny was spotless. The crew was polite, kind and respectful. They listened carefully to all our requests and performed beyond expectations. I highly recommend their service.

We had a big house and needed move out cleaning before the closing. On final walk through the new owners kept exclaiming at how clean everything was. The kitchen, including appliances and inside the cabinets were especially impressive. Thanks, ServPro!
