TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!! Came to our home, destroyed our carpet trying to "save it". Manager even apologized saying "we are short staffed and are hiring on the spot"!! No offer to fix anything no my insurance company won't pay for it. They rarely even answer their main phone line when you call. Anyone, anyone else would have been better.

We recently had a fire in our home and Servpro of Jackson/Lacey was suggested to us by one of our family friends. The fire was cause by a puff back from our furnace. There was a ton of damage in the basement and there was soot through out our house. All our appliances, personal effects and clothing were affected. Robert and Rachel (the owners) came out to the loss and ensured us that everything would be taken care of. My experience was a huge success. ServPro of Jackson/Lacey exemplified competence combined with understanding in a time of crisis. Our emergency was due to a fire combined with water damage. Rob, the owner, treated me as an old friend. He made my problem his problem and then went on to solve it for me. All damaged materials were removed, the water residue was dried up and then they repaired everything beyond my wildest expectations. Incredible experience. ServPro of Jackson/Lacey provided the professional and caring expertise one can only dream of in a time of complete disaster. We had a significant loss due to frozen pipes.
