Our house had a water pipe burst and flooded our whole house basically ruined all of the flooring and cabinets. Bryce and Stacy came out and immediately started mitigation on the house and got it dried out. Our house is almost done and honestly was hoping it would just be the way it was when the damage happened. Pleasantly surprised, our house looks better than it did before the water burst. I can't say enough good things about how Stacy Hettinger handled everything. Strongly recommend ServPro of Jackson.
Jason was expediant, and worked hard to get out home dry and mold free. The place hasn't smelled better since he and his crew cleaned our HVAC system.
We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Servpro of Jackson. We had a leak from our refrigerator that affected three rooms. They arrived to assess our situation the day we found the leak and have been marvelous to have in our home to get us back to normal.
