Lightning struck my house and had a fire in the roof. ServPro came in at the beginning and got everything cleaned up etc and was happy with it. After it happen a gal from ServPro told me I was getting new kitchen cabinets so I went and got an estimate and later she said I was not getting new ones. She is no longer with the company. So I had my contractor put them back up and later discovered lots of scratches on the front of the cabinets. I contacted ServPro and said they were nonsalvageable and was not to be put back up. We called Serve Pro after being given their name by our insurance agent after experiencing a water issue. Serve Pro sent their employee Zach Andersen and he was amazing! He arrived quickly, within 30 minutes of our call. He calmly went to work, worked tirelessly to solve our issue, brought in other staff as needed, had high standards for cleanup and was extremely knowledgeable, skilled, pleasant and communicated clearly with us. We were so lucky to have gotten Zach’s help. I highly recommend Zach and his team at Serve Pro.

Austin at Servpro is AWESOME!! He has so much knowledge about water and fire mitigation. He even offered to give us a tour of the facility. I will definitely be referring people to Servpro!!

The office staff were friendly and professional. The service techs were awesome. They came into our home with respect and professional behavior. They had great tools to dry out the water and measure the results. Would be 5 stars but the prices are extremely high.

We needed drywall removed due to a leaky water pipe. Zach and Brayden came out and did a fantastic job with removal and cleanup. Also did a great job of communicating appointment times. Very professional - highly, highly recommend.
