Jenny and her team were amazing! Our sump pump failed in our basement causing water damage throughout our basement. I called ServePro which was recommended by our insurance company. They had a team out to our house with 15-20 mins of me calling to help us with the cleanup. They were great with communication explaining what they were doing and what to expect. Five stars to Matt, Jennifer, Heather and Pedro!! They came to my rescue after a sprinkler failure flooded our condo. We had a big leak in our upstairs bathroom that went through to the basement - soaking everything… Baseboards, drywall flooring, ceiling, you name it. I was so nervous and very anxious about the thought of moisture in the home with young ones. Robert and his team (Jeremiah, Pedro, etc.) were absolutely unbelievable.
