We arrived home from a vacation to find water throughout our entire basement. We had gone with another company for the clean up, but within days realized our mistake and asked the other company to leave. We call SERVPRO and within the hour project manager, Jenn Aboytes was at our door with her team. Jenn explained what equipment would be used and how set up would work.
