Steven and Justin were awesome! They made the repair of a water leak in our ceiling as smooth and as headache free as possible. Steven was incredibly thoughtful and kind, he was a super hard worker and went the extra mile to fix the original issue and touch up a few extra areas along the way. Thank you Servpro for having excellent employees. Adrian and Jesse were saviors to my poor basement condo problems. Their professionalism and advice input saved my condo, my day and calmed my mind. We had flooding in our basement and called ServPro—they took care of everything wonderfully! Justin at ServPro was phenomenal, with great communication and respect for our time. The quality of work was excellent. They brought in Steven from Sweet Home Repair as a subcontractor, and he was also fantastic. We’ll always choose ServPro and highly recommend them to everyone we know!

I just don’t have enough good things to say about the Servpro crew. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has a problem in their home. Sarah, Adrian, Jesse and Tivo have been absolutely amazing to work with. They have been very thorough with every detail and helped us navigate a tough situation with ease. Definitely five stars!!!!

We had a pipe fitting malfunction in our basement ceiling, flooding the entire basement. In a terrible situation the staff at servpro of Idaho Falls have been the only silver lining. They have been responsive, helpful, and communicated with me every step of the way. From the office staff to the technicians, they have gone above and beyond. Highly recommend.
