Servpro did a fabulous job with my townhome. Scott Carter and his reconstruction crew were professional and responsive and got the job done in record time. I was also impressed with Cassandra Nix of the office staff who helped me out several times and always promptly returned my calls and emails. Eduardo and Jessie and Melissa were just amazing as well. The crew that was sent to my house after I had sewage backup in my basement were beyond wonderful. They were hard working and they made sure that every room of my basement was cleaned and sanitized . With attention given to detail, Sonny Ballard has been professional in his approach to provide the finishing touches needed to complete a successful flood recovery. Thanks toScott Carter the work on my claim is finally being completed. This job was to be completed nu Oct14,2025 and here it is January 2026 and still not finished. Scott Carter eis completing the work. I was recommendmended to servpro by Holeshot. We moved all the furniture so all they had to do is fix the problem. Servpro took their time and I told them I had family coming for thanksgiving and needed all the rooms. I pointed out the problems which was left undown.
