With attention given to detail, Sonny Ballard has been professional in his approach to provide the finishing touches needed to complete a successful flood recovery. Thanks toScott Carter the work on my claim is finally being completed. This job was to be completed nu Oct14,2025 and here it is January 2026 and still not finished. Scott Carter eis completing the work. I was recommendmended to servpro by Holeshot. We moved all the furniture so all they had to do is fix the problem. Servpro took their time and I told them I had family coming for thanksgiving and needed all the rooms. I pointed out the problems which was left undown. Steven and Justin were awesome! They made the repair of a water leak in our ceiling as smooth and as headache free as possible. Steven was incredibly thoughtful and kind, he was a super hard worker and went the extra mile to fix the original issue and touch up a few extra areas along the way. We had a pipe fitting malfunction in our basement ceiling, flooding the entire basement. In a terrible situation the staff at servpro of Idaho Falls have been the only silver lining. They have been responsive, helpful, and communicated with me every step of the way. From the office staff to the technicians, they have gone above and beyond. Highly recommend.
