Servpro did a fabulous job with my townhome. Scott Carter and his reconstruction crew were professional and responsive and got the job done in record time. I was also impressed with Cassandra Nix of the office staff who helped me out several times and always promptly returned my calls and emails. Eduardo and Jessie and Melissa were just amazing as well. Thank you Servpro!!

With attention given to detail, Sonny Ballard has been professional in his approach to provide the finishing touches needed to complete a successful flood recovery. Early in the flood restoration, each associate responsible for their specialty was thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Serve Pro!

Shawn and TiVo and Dakota, from Idaho Falls ServePro, were AWESOME. They Arrived on time every day , were very kind, compassionate, detail oriented, hard working, completely over the top satisfying work EVERYDAY, 7 days a week till our condo was dry and mold remedied!!!!! Thanks toScott Carter the work on my claim is finally being completed. This job was to be completed nu Oct14,2025 and here it is January 2026 and still not finished. Scott Carter eis completing the work. I was recommendmended to servpro by Holeshot. We moved all the furniture so all they had to do is fix the problem. Servpro took their time and I told them I had family coming for thanksgiving and needed all the rooms. I pointed out the problems which was left undown. Steven and Justin were awesome! They made the repair of a water leak in our ceiling as smooth and as headache free as possible. Steven was incredibly thoughtful and kind, he was a super hard worker and went the extra mile to fix the original issue and touch up a few extra areas along the way.
