We had an HVAC condensation leak in our attic that caused water damage to an extensive area. I found SERVPRO of HEB online and called them. They responded within minutes and sent their technician, Sean K., who arrived within the hour. He is very professional, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage. He also proposed a remediation and repair plan, and placed fans and a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. Do not trust this company. They will way over charge you and try to convince you that you need unnecessary treatment. We called them in an emergency and they took advantage of us. We called another company the next day and the other company confirmed that they ripped us off and the other company has helped with reasonable restoration.
I had a water slab leak that came up through my floors. Insurance sent Servpro out for the mitigation process. Isaiah, Gavin and Orlando were so efficient, and worked so hard on getting my floors up. Isaiah was very communicative and walked me through the whole process. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I cannot express how easy they made the process. I would recommend Servpro, Isaiah and his team to anyone. These young men know their stuff. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
There is absolutely nothing good to say about this company. It was the worst experience that I could imagine. They lack any sense of integrity, professionalism, pride in their work or any idea of how to treat a customer. They sold me on their reconstruction services after having a pretty good experience with the water mitigation service. I was promised everything and got nothing.
