Servpro's work was OK, but they destroyed our emergency fire sprinkler system. This could cause problems with the lives of my family and our neighbors. It has been one year and Servpro has still not addressed this. Attached is a picture of how they left it. They didn't even discover this, I had to find it.

I’m sorry to say what a terrible experience we’ve had with this company. My 92 year old Mom had a leak. The response to the immediate situation was great. Fast, friendly, and very communicative. Due to this we opted to go ahead and have them do the repairs. It all changed from there. We were assigned a new project manager without communication, I was not kept in their loop as a point of contact so missed important emails. I was very impressed wit ServPro. The were always on time with clean uniforms, very personable and fast working, but very though . They even asked if I needed anything else. I would recommend them to anyone
