My insurance company contacted them for mitigation before it was time. I explained this to them when they called, but I got continued to get calls every single day (from three different numbers) for nearly two weeks “just to check in.” Super annoying. When it was time, I called them and set up the appointment. I got next-day service, which was really impressive. The techs that showed up were friendly, knowledgable and quick.
