Very very expensive they wanted to charge me $2500 to get water from under part of my home. That is very expensive smh.. I went with another company

Called Servepro to inspect and clean up water damage. They determined that flooring was damaged and needed replaced and took samples of our floor to send to ITEL so insurance would issue a check to cover our repairs. It has been over two months and after multiple emails and phone messages, neither I, nor my insurance company, has heard anything from Servepro. Had an appointment for 9am. They didn’t show up until mid afternoon. Finally showed up and did a bare minimum inspection of the water damage and then never heard from them again. We called several times, our insurance called several time, kept being told we’d receive a call back. Never got one. It’s been 2 weeks and our insurance company told us to call a different company.

I called because of a water damage emergency. The person on the phone couldn't answer one basic question about accepting insurance payment. I was told a tech would reach out and they never did. Mind you it was an EMERGENCY. I got a call back almost 24 hours later from the same person. Luckily I had already got on here and seen the awful reviews so I was able to call another company who was willing to come out within hours of the phone call. Don't waste your time.
