Nayeli and Mikey are very professional and friendly!! I was very impressed with their attention to detail.
Nayeli and EJ did and amazing job with getting my furniture and things from my house from a flood. They were so polite and very friendly and handled all of my items with care. They did not mind answering any questions I had and I know I had a bunch. Shout out to the two of you. You guys were awesome!!
I had a small fire in my home. They came to clean and did a very shoddy job, I had to get them to repeat cleaning the kitchen. They didn't even wipe off the walls. For 14k, just for the upper level, small house, I could have paid a regular cleaning service 2K for better cleaning. As soon as you mention that your homeowners's insurance is paying they go for a money grab.
Great experience with Chase and crew doing a pack out of our basement before mitigation and rebuild.
