I’m only through the mitigation phase of a large project, but they did a great job of communicating and keeping everyone involved up to date on what was happening. They moved all the heavy furniture and were gentle with my belongings that they had to move. They kept the non-damaged areas closed off and kept dehumidifiers running as long as needed to get the moisture under control. The crew was friendly and worked hard! I will update when restoration is finished, I definitely trust Servpro to do a great job with that as well!

July 10, 2025 I contacted ServPro regarding a broken pipe, they advised have it fixed and email them a paid invoice. I reached out July 11, advising the pipe was fixed and needed an email address to send the invoice to. It took a full 48 hours just to get the email address. They called me back July 14, advised they received the paid invoice and told me they would call that afternoon to schedule a visit to see the damage. I don't recommend this company. They have a habit of making an appointment and not keeping it. After several times I fired them and told them to come get there leaking equipment. And they also took my own property with them . Which i had to contact them to get a replacement
