July 10, 2025 I contacted ServPro regarding a broken pipe, they advised have it fixed and email them a paid invoice. I reached out July 11, advising the pipe was fixed and needed an email address to send the invoice to. It took a full 48 hours just to get the email address. They called me back July 14, advised they received the paid invoice and told me they would call that afternoon to schedule a visit to see the damage. I don't recommend this company. They have a habit of making an appointment and not keeping it. After several times I fired them and told them to come get there leaking equipment. And they also took my own property with them . Which i had to contact them to get a replacement
I want to personally thank Mark for the referral for letting me know to contact servpro when I really needed help in my place of residence. Also want to thank Carlos and Bill for their good work on demolition and clean up. Would recommend this company 100%
