We initially contacted Servpro to come out to give us a quote. Since our home was on the market we had been planning to do everything out of pocket in hopes it would help speed up the process prior to our buyer’s closing date. Serv Pro has gone above and beyond for myself and my children. From the moment they got the call, Josiah has been on site everyday getting everything ready for new, he has been nothing but kind, considerate and has walked me through everything answering every question I have. Mike and Ashley have also gone above and beyond for us, Ashley went as far as dropping a gift off for my daughter who is autistic who is not dealing well with this change.
Horrible customer service, possibly worst I have ever experienced from a company. I called (1/15) to schedule for an estimate for some water damage to my ceiling. ServPro said they can have an estimator come out in the morning the next day (1/16). After waiting 30min past the scheduled time, I called the office to check what was going on and if they were still coming out. The person on the phone said they will find out and give me a call back. Just the first day of work and we can already see the quality of work and attention to detail John has put into our project. Careful explanation of what he hoped to accomplish upon arrival and thorough walk through and explanation of what was accomplished. Appreciated the fact John was not satisfied and was coming back a second day to finish the job. True professionalism and legitimacy there...stay tuned for final project review.
