A several months back, my grandpa experienced a water loss, and we called Servpro in Hernando. When it was time for built back we decided to remodel and Iris was the construction manager to remodel his home. We are absolutely in love with the full kitchen remodel, full house floors remodel every thing looks amazing! At the beginning of the month, we had to contact ServPro due to a water loss. My husband and I were under a lot of stress, and Iris, who answered the call, helped us so much. She guided us to shut off the water, which helped prevent more damage. The customer service from Iris was wonderful, her compassion and knowledge was amazing. Thank you, Iris, for going above and beyond for us.

Absolutely terrible customer service! They set times for their crew to come over then they either cancel, or set the time back hours from originally scheduled. Their prices are extremely high. They are way over priced. Please don’t use this company. They are terrible!
