Co- Owners, Julie and Tony Roberts and Mike Parsons teamed up eleven years ago to start a SERVPRO in Berea, Kentucky. They were friends long before they were SERVPRO Co-Owners. Tony and Mike grew up together and even traveled to college at the University of Kentucky together. I just spoke with the guys from Servpro (Carl, Tony and Leonard. They are finishing up the job tomorrow. This was a huge disaster. Under terrible conditions (mold, mosquitoes, heat, etc) the team pushed thru and got the job done. I am so thankful for all of their hard work.
Had Servpro of Henderson Kentucky come out and took care of or home after storm damage, they constantly called to check with us about getting in touch with insurance. They were professional and upfront about everything they did. Ashton and Conner were the two young men who came out and did the demo and checked on the dryness throughout the weekend

Ashton, Cody, Conner were the staff members that I had dealt with directly. They were very polite very friendly and extremely efficient. If needing someone for mitigation purposes I would highly recommend using them Servpro. I would hire them and request them for future needs.
