Co- Owners, Julie and Tony Roberts and Mike Parsons teamed up eleven years ago to start a SERVPRO in Berea, Kentucky. They were friends long before they were SERVPRO Co-Owners. Tony and Mike grew up together and even traveled to college at the University of Kentucky together. They have very poor customer service. I schedule a time for them to come and give me an estimate. They didn't show and they didn't call. I called them 2 hours after their appointment time and was told they thought someone else had called. We rescheduled. They man that came out was very nice. Dalton Land of Servpro and crew have been outstanding. Our office had a freak water incident that was devastating to our building. They arrived promptly the day of the incident and have checked in daily ensuring a smooth cleanup/restoration process. They provide daily reports and updates and are very accommodating to our operation needs. Great company to work with and would highly recommend them. Will be contacting Dalton for any services needed in the future.
Dalton was exceptional! Always asking if we have questions or concerns, and keeping us informed of what he was doing. Dalton was very personable! Excellent service!
