I've never met such an irresponsible rude group of people that have total disregard for your personal possessions . they lie . cheat and steal .... break your furniture ... won't take responsible for it .... replace or repair . don't make complete documentation like they are supposed to ... lost my passport ..my titles to my cars .. jewelry . I had a party table for food ... folding table and they say it's theirs ... all I asked Teresa to do was to hand them to me from my desk ... she said she couldn't do that ... they lie c... read more

On july 7th our house caught fire and we suffered major loss. Although my husband and I and our 4 cats thankfully got out alive. The next day we were contacted by an AWESOME comany called Servpro! Everyone we worked with was kind, respectful and professional. Always prompt with apointes and phone calls were retuned immediately. Couldn't be happier and strongly recommend!
What can I say?! They've been terrific all the way through our water damage ordeal. Their personnel are knowledgeable and caring. Today they were here to clean our tile and grout and it looks amazing. Thank you John and Terrell!!!!
