Had a fire and USAA contracts with Servpro to come pack up everything and clean. Who packs glass picture frames and ceramic cake plates in the BOTTOM of the box???? Servpro of Hattiesburg that’s who. All my stuff is BROKEN. Not to mention every single time they were supposed to show up they were 45 min to 1.5 hours LATE. Servpro of Hattiesburg is a joke. Thanks for not caring about our personal items after we had the tragedy of a fire Bonnie.
To start off with, yes, I am a former SERVPRO employee. SERVPRO as a company is great company. The things that they stand for and the services they provide are second to none. However, SERVPRO of Hattiesburg and SERVPRO of Pearl River, Hancock and SW Harrison Countries is a different story. I was let go last week. The people at this company are truly amazing people. They make sure to put you first and make sure you are happy with the work.
6 months ago our home was destroyed by fire and it's as if they were never here! Won't return phone calls or text and billed our insurance for work that was never completed. I'm trying to prime our walls to paint but first I must clean smoke and soot off. They say they cleaned and deodorized our carpets? We had to tear them out because of their damage. They want to clean and restore our furniture? No way they can't even clean a wall!
