We had our first experience with Servpro of Lee county recently and the team they brought in did a great job taking care of our problem. Hewston, Eva, Derek, Sam T, Gabe, Clari, Mami and the rest of the team were professional and courteous. Under the circumstances a good experience and would use again.
Servpro has made a bad situation easier to cope with. They kept us informed of what would be done in every step. Edwin and James were very kind, prompt and respectful of our home. They did a great job.
I am absolutely more than happy to have Servpro for my mitigation process and fast services. Super professional and the best customer service. Excellent service exceeding my expectations. I would like to give big kudos to the great team especially Lulu, Momi, Eddie, Devin, Edwin, Clari, Samantha, and a shout out for Patrick for being so kind and understanding my frustrations.

Great service. Everyone was very professional and true to their word. Hats off to Tracey Hargrove who was amazing from the start. She answered all my calls with a caring and positive attitude. She also pointed me in the right directions to get answers for questions that she does not normally have to deal with. I give Tracey and associates a 5/5. No complaints here whatsoever!
