They were here for water damage. My guys Vinny and Chris were awesome. Very knowledgeable and so friendly. They helped me understand what needs to be done and what I need to do when they are finished.. Recommend them highly..
ServePro of Harford County has the BEST staff. We had a sewer back up into the basement and they immediately sent a crew to tear out carpet and drywall. They got there before the plumber did and went into action. Vinnie and Chris did an AWESOME job of cleaning the floors of the affected areas. I would definitely recommend ServePro of Harford County and they get a 5 star rating from me!

Wanda and her team have done such an amazing job with every detail of cleaning and restoring our home damaged by soot! They actually CARE about the work they’re doing - they were always on time - they worked hard every day and in addition kept us informed throughout. It made this nightmare bearable! When I managed to flood the basement, I was devastated, I was so worried and didn’t know what to do. I called Servpro and spoke to Melissa. Melissa was very sweet, she was kind and put my nerves to rest. She told me that accidents happen, and that they were going to fix this for me.
