Our septic backed up in the basement and SERVPRO Hannibal was amazing!! The WHOLE team was incredible from start to finish. They went above and beyond on everything and made a frustrating situation, the best it could be. They were quick, efficient, polite and efficient. We highly recommend them if you are ever in this situation!! Jonathan, Harley, Erin, Bryan and Manny (we missed one name) thank you!!!

Servpro of Hannibal did my recovery from a soot deposition from a faulty LPG fireplace and did a great job. The lead painter was especially helpful and made an unexpected experience tolerable.
Manny and Marty came today to clean up my water damage. They were very polite and professional. Kept everything clean were they were working. I have asthma and COPD and I did not smell any dust. They were great. They get 5 stars .
