Servpro was contracted by our insurance company to replace a basement floor & drywall in August 2022 due to water damage. Right from the beginning, there were issues with the supervisor's relations with his staff (loud arguments, sporadic coming and going, someone eventually quitting). The supervisor himself removed a railing and began re-painting it, only to abandon it in our front yard. Work-wise, everything was builder-grade at best.
