I had a horrible basement flood . Dealing with my insurance was a nightmare . They hired SERVPRO . I waited weeks between emails and phone calls trying to get answers from my insurance company . The only people that were super professional kind and respectful to my needs were Ali Amini and Mary Penna from SERVPRO. They always answered my calls and provided me step by step details of the work that they were providing . Thank you to both of you . The Servpro team did a great job in restoring our main living area after a bathroom flood. The remediation team came in right away, and dealt with the immediate water damage and humidity risk. The subsequent repairs were VERY well done. The contactor that performed the repairs (SRS) was excellent - zero complaints! The manager at Servpro was very easy to work with and made this less stressful than I anticipated. The estimator, project manager and all on-site workers were all professional. Thank you Servpro for job well done.
