Patrick and his crew were fantastic! They walked us through every step and continued to follow up to make sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a flood disaster.
We experienced a water pipe breakage behind a wall in our kitchen. Our insurance recommended Servpro. I took an extra step to read reviews on which Servpro to use. We are so thankful to have chose. Grosse Pointe! Mentor and crew were the best! The team was so efficient, kind and kept the demolition contained not exposing us to the dust and such that comes with the work they were doing. I would highly recommend Grosse Ponte Servpro!
I don’t often share reviews but Patrick and his crew was so amazing to work with! They came same day and actually within a hour or so and started to clean up my water damage immediately. Patrick would check in all day and make sure I didn’t have any questions and left my home clean and made sure to contain as much dust and mess as possible. Recently had Servpro of GP out after a burst pipe and subsequent damage to a lower level bedroom. Patrick, Mentor, Paul and the whole crew were so nice and great to work with. The communication and professionalism from them and the office staff and crew was exceptional. They helped me through the insurance claim process and did a really nice job with the repairs and clean up. 100% would recommend.
