On May 21 2024, I experienced severe flooding in my basement due to abnormally high rainfall in a short period of time. All of Central Iowa experienced some type of flooding and cleaning services were overwhelmed with calls. I did call ServPro that morning of the event and to my surprise, Matt showed up within an hour to give me an estimate for cleanup, and told me the process would probably begin the next day or two. Awful customer service, the left does not know what the right is doing, they left me high and dry when I needed help.
Donny was very good at explaining everything they were going to do and answered all of my questions, from start to finish, Donny made sure I was always up date on what was going on. I would use SERVPRO again without hesitation
