Their dehumidifier leaked and they flooded my 2nd floor of my house and now I have to hound them with phone calls after getting no response for the $4,000.00 in hardwood flooring damage they did to my house. Don’t use them!
I have yet to use their services but I experienced a terrible flood during a bad storm in an apartment I am temporarily renting, the landlord insisted that the rugs had been properly cleaned and dried in less than 16 hours since the storm and I just didn't feel comfortable with what he was telling me. Eddie is very professional and detail oriented. Providing a proper service to everyone! Can’t recommend him enough!
As a result of their poor communication, I am unable to file and complete my claim with the insurance company. They refuse to provide an itemized receipt of services. If they do work for you, insist on a quote up front. I’ve been waiting over a month with promises from their staff of producing an invoice that never materializes.
Jorge and Johanna were great. Always gave me a text prior to arrival. Reviewed what was going to be done each day and follow up end of day.
