Servpro of Glenview came to our rescue when our sump pump failed last month. The level of responsiveness was amazing and the team (lead by Jeff Thompson) was friendly and extraordinarily proficient. They were easy to work with and kept us apprised every step of the way via phone and email until the job was completed. Servpro's service was the silver lining of our basement flood for sure. We were without power for more than 14 hours during a big storm and were panicked about the sump pump (having previously suffered a major basement flood). It was Servpro Glenview to the rescue!!! I highly recommend Jeff Thompson, owner of ServPro of Glenview. I hope you, as a home/business owner, never need his services but if you do, he is great to work with. We had water damage due to a burst pipe and Jeff and his crew showed up within hours, immediately took action and kept me and my husband up to date on what needs to happen each step of the way.
