Staff at ServPro in Gaylord are knowledgeable and friendly. Because my insurance requests it, they made daily visits to check the progress of our dry-out. It was a hassle trying to tell them daily what time to visit. It would have been better if they would have sent one time daily that we could depend on. Also, they wouldn't have checked if the insurance hadn't insisted for several days. My electric shot up considerably.
