We had a water leak inside the walls that required the entire bathroom to be restored. Servpro, Mike and Luis (and their teams) were very professional and exceptionally comforting during these very stressful times. We are very happy with our new bathroom now and, if needed, we will definitely recommend Servpro to our friends and family!

Working with Serv Pro was easy and efficient. We had some flooding in our home and Luis helped us through the process of replacing a lot of damage to our home. He explained the process, kept in constant communication and worked relentlessly to get our home fixed. Luis’s experience and knowledge helped many things get approved through our home insurance. Mr. Chris Trejo, Esmeralda, Roni, and Adrian, and his many flooring crew members, did an excellent job, repairing fairly extensive water damage from the heavy rains of October 2025. I particularly appreciated being kept informed during the entire process and having my questions answered timely and completely. In addition, the quality of the work was excellent.

The whole pack out and pack in expensive has been an amazingly trouble free! The crew and project manager, Chris Trejo, and his captain, Jesus have gone out of their way to facilitate all the issues we had have! With a disabled son, and let’s face it, a disabled mom, hospital equipment in another location, two cats, the move couldn’t have been more complicated! Awesome! We needed these folks to demo, dry out and submit estimate for reconstruction to our insurance company. SERVPRO has exceeded our expectations. The service techs and office staff do a wonderful job and we appreciate how well they kept us updated throughout the process.
