I contacted this company on my own. Was not referred by insurance, was reassured that I would get the estimate directly. Welcomed them in my home. I never heard from them again, apparently they figured out who my insurer was and. my claim number and submitted directly to them. In spite of the fact that I self referred and was promised an estimate to my self, they took pictures and shared them with third party without my consent. We were affected by the Eaton fire. Our home had smoke damage and was in need of cleaning. For weeks our house smelled badly of smoke. Servpro had ascertained that the smoke had penetrated the walls, floors, furniture, insulation, etc. Marku was the supervisor for this job. He did a great job managing the project. There was a lot of work that needed to be done from clearing out the attic and replacing the insulation to clearing out the garage and cleaning the garage fully.
