On Saturday, a hot water pipe burst in my brother-in-law‘s apartment. Glen Oaks called Servpro, and they were there within hours. Edwin and Brian were very efficient and professional. They answered a lot of questions. My husband and I have been in contact with Tim, and are very pleased with the handling of this situation, so far. We highly recommend Servpro!
