I was cleaning out deceased FIL house (extreme collector) and basement got wet due to sump pump failure. Service Master by Crossroads (Ft Wayne, IN) ghosted me. I reached out to Servpro 2 weeks in...on a Saturday. Caleb & Kian showed up same day and setup air scrubber & dehumidifiers. In February my home flooded from my main sewer drain backing up. Servpro came out Feb. 02 and brought in 2 air scrubbers and 2 dehumidifiers. Insurance and Servpro both told me that nothing in the home can be replaced or worked on until insurance approved it, or I would be held liable for the cost of repairs. My father has been trying to get his home repaired after paying over 8k in October of 2025. They have yet to repair or call him back for repairers. Now placing the blame on AllState for saying there is a framing issue but no one has called him back to schedule ANYTHING!! Very frustrating!!
