Robert Morales and his team along with Abel did an amazing job in making a very stressful situation easier to deal with under the circumstances. Robert is very thorough and took the time to explain his plan of action each time we had a question. We really appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness.
On the mitigation side - Richard was excellent at getting in as soon as allowed and drying/salvaging. Gets back to you quickly. On the construction side - Alfonso knows his stuff. He knows how to get the job done and take into account what you may want to adjust on the build back. Gets back to you quickly if he's at another site. The packing and unpacking crew was good also.
Alfonso was the hands down best job coordinator I’ve ever had! He was always aware of the project plan and of the details, and he kept us updated on current status and next steps. Toward the end of the project, we had a bad problem with our deadline for moving out of temporary housing. This deadline pressure was not directly Servpro’s fault, but Alfonso went to extraordinary effort to finish on time.
