Blake Villareal & his crew did a great job restoring our office that got flooded from a pipe busting. They arrived on scene very quickly. And there is little to no smell from the water that was settling in the carpet that was atleast 2 1/2 to 3 inches high in some areas.

The crew that was headed up by Alfonso. They were the best crew ever. You talk about perfectionist. All these guys did everything perfect or they fixed it. All the way from the structure of the garage to the flooring inside the house. Absolutely beautiful. Way more than we had. Plus way better. I will recommend SurvPro to anyone as long as Alfonso is heading the operation. I started out very skeptical and new from past experiences what to expect. Was I wrong. Great job guys. 👏 Thanks for everything

Upgraded rating: We have used SERVPRO twice and their water mitigation services are excellent. They were very fast and handled the situation in my home with no issues. Communication was excellent and we are very pleased with that part of their service. However, I cannot speak to their repair work. We were ultimately told that they could not perform the work after waiting over a month for a response and had to find another contractor. This significantly delayed our ability to get our home put back in working order.
