I had SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest come out and clean up a terrible mess in my guest bathroom. They did and they did a great job! The techs were extremely polite, professional, and did a knockout job! I highly recommend SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest.
Awesome service. Huge storm hit 3 of my condos and was flooding the patios of the units. I actually called another service first and by the time they called back (was around 9pm on a Friday), ServPro already had a team dispatched. Was nervous about the bill as they made about 5 trips out to see how things were drying and following up, it came out to be a great price. Highly recommend this company.
We couldn’t be happier with the service that ServPro provided. They were very quick to get everything dried out after a serious washer leak. Each and every person that came into our home were very professional. Most importantly they were respectful of our home and belongings.
The entire team was a great help every step of the way. They Communicated timelines and progress on the work from the beginning to the very end and we could not have been happier with the service and craftsmanship of all of the work thank you to the entire team for making this experience pleasant and wonderful!
