This company does NOT STEAM CLEAN upholstered furniture. We had them come in to do a restoration on my mother’s home as she is an ex smoker. They quoted me for all carpets as well as 3 sofas and 11 upholstered chairs. As they were leaving and after being paid they claimed they had only rubbed dry cleaner fluid on the furniture and that the material was not appropriate for steam. Cloth furniture, very old, with exception of 2 velvet chairs which I understand may not be steam cleaned. No adjustment to price. NEVER AGAIN

Very professional. Quick to respond with knowledgable crew who did a great job protecting our property that wasn’t effected by our basement flood. Worked with our insurance company to provide a solid estimate to repair damage and performed their work on time. Would definitely use them again

Look no further , 1 phone call to this office and I was put in touch with Robert Holmes. Within a few hours, The team came to our property and took care of everything , amazing to say the least. They worked around the clock. 1st class operation , very professional.
