A HUGH thank you to Nicolas Benitez and his team, Wilmer, William, Santos, RJ, David and Jonathan. These men worked very hard getting our home dried out, removing damaged ceramic tiles, ceiling, wood floor, carpet padding, and ready for the reconstruction phase. We would definitely recommend using Servpro if you ever have a water disaster in your home. Thank you SO much!

Angel and his group came here today and did an excellent job of mitigating the water damage in my basement. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. His crew members were Wilmer and Santos. Roberto and Carla came on the 2nd day and, again, did a great job. I'd also like to express my appreciation for Candy Machacuay who scheduled the restoration work that was done over several months after remediation was finished. I worked with SERVPRO last week because our water heater leaked gallons of water causing extensive damage. Argelis was the person in charge of my claim and I also worked with David and Jonathan. They did an excellent job. Came to check the progress every day and communicated directly with the insurance adjuster so I didn’t have to worry about that part. We had a major flood at our house recently, and Servpro was there right away to help. Angel showed up almost immediately to start the estimate for the demolition, and he was incredibly kind and understanding given how stressful everything was. The demolition itself was quick and efficient, they really knew what they were doing. Once it came time to set up repairs, John took over and was fantastic to work with.
