We called Servpro after or basement flooded from a bad storm. Marlene came out right away and walked us through the process. She then sent us Eli for the demolition. He and his team did a great job and keep us informed through it all. We greatly appreciated our mitigation team. Seth and Isaac did a great a job responding to our emergency and following up daily to switch out equipment and monitor the moisture in our basement. They were very friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with.
After the historic rainfall in the Milwaukee area in early August, I, like thousands of others, had water in my basement. I needed all carpet and vinyl flooring and the bottom two feet of drywall removed ASAP and then everything dried out to prevent mold forming. Called Servpro and they came to my rescue on a Sunday and worked until 8:00pm.
