My mitigation team was so helpful responding to my house's water damage! Taylor and his crew of Cheney, Tyler, and Rob were efficient and professional. Taylor was patient with my questions and clear in his explanations of what needed to happen. He was exceptionally responsive to calls and texts, and I felt confident that the mitigation process was in good hands with them.
ServPro Fort Collins, CO has been a nightmare since June 2025 when my daughter’s home susstained fire/smoke damage. On project managet quit leaving the house rebuild in limbo. Ten months later the project remains unfinised with several elements in the rebuild still hanging. ServPro was a terrible choice in hindsight!
Wes Luna deserves all 5 stars... and more. He is a true professional, always on time, has done a very good job... plus he is a super polite and nice person. A definite credit to his employer! It's s been a pleasure to deal with him.
Taylor, rob, Tyler and crew did an exceptional job mitigating the water damage in our home! Highly recommend them!
